Many of these properties have since been remediated and successfully redeveloped.

Along with the HDSRF Grant Program for municipalities, Mr. Tubito is also heavily involved in the redevelopment of privately owned Brownfield properties. Currently, he is working closely with clients to assist with the acquisition of major industrial sites for remediation and redevelopment and for the resurrection of blighted industrial areas.

Mr. Tubito has worked closely with the City of Perth Amboy in obtaining New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) grants for multiple contaminated properties in the City of Perth Amboy. One property has been redeveloped into an elementary school and the second property is being redeveloped for a new Middlesex County Vocational School which is in the beginning stages of construction. He has also assisted the City with successfully obtaining funding for additional properties in the City of Perth Amboy as part of Mayor Joseph Vas's $600,000,000 redevelopment program.
