SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Krumholz is an experienced attorney who joined Excel after
gaining a diversified legal background working for many years
in general practice law firms on complex commercial litigation
and transactional work, a major portion of which included both
commercial and residential real estate matters. Mr. Krumholz has
been engaged to handle real estate matters on behalf of purchasers,
sellers, lenders, brokers, landlords, tenants, and third-parties,
and by doing so has obtained a well-rounded base of transactional
experience and also a unique and balanced perspective to handle
a diverse range of real estate matters.
Mr. Krumholz also manages the administrative operations of Excel
and provides legal support on a wide range of corporate, transactional,
contractual, compliance, and employment issues. Mr. Krumholz provides
legal support and strategic consultation for contaminated property
acquisition and redevelopment opportunities (e.g. Brownfields)
for a wide range of public and private sector clients. Mr. Krumholz's
years of litigation practice enable him to effectively manage
matters handled by outside counsel on Excel's behalf, as well
as to provide strategic legal consultation as an additional benefit
to Excel's clients involved in environmental litigation.
