SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE:

Mr. Krumholz is an experienced attorney who joined Excel after gaining a diversified legal background working for many years in general practice law firms on complex commercial litigation and transactional work, a major portion of which included both commercial and residential real estate matters. Mr. Krumholz has been engaged to handle real estate matters on behalf of purchasers, sellers, lenders, brokers, landlords, tenants, and third-parties, and by doing so has obtained a well-rounded base of transactional experience and also a unique and balanced perspective to handle a diverse range of real estate matters.

Mr. Krumholz also manages the administrative operations of Excel and provides legal support on a wide range of corporate, transactional, contractual, compliance, and employment issues. Mr. Krumholz provides legal support and strategic consultation for contaminated property acquisition and redevelopment opportunities (e.g. Brownfields) for a wide range of public and private sector clients. Mr. Krumholz's years of litigation practice enable him to effectively manage matters handled by outside counsel on Excel's behalf, as well as to provide strategic legal consultation as an additional benefit to Excel's clients involved in environmental litigation.
