SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE:

Mr. Meriney has more than 15 years of experience as an environmental consultant and has worked on a broad range of projects.

His experiences includes site assessment and due diligence, underground storage tank management, compliance and removal, soil and groundwater site characterization and remediation, and groundwater fate and transport. Mr. Meirney is responsible for the management and growth of Excel's Hazardous Discharge Site Remediation Fund (HDSRF) Grant Program, including daily management of existing projects and fine-tuning and implentation of the HDSRF Program growth strategy. Mr. Meriney also assists with investigation, remediation, Brownfields, and UST closure projects.

His wide range experience includes supervising the installation of monitoring wells and test borings, collection of soil and water samples, supervision of tank closures, conducting site inspections and investigations, collection of soil and groundwater samples, test pit excavation and waste characterization.
