Ms. Dodge has more than 22 years of experience as an environmental
consultant and has successfully completed a wide variety of multidisciplinary
environmental compliance projects, including complex property
transaction-related environmental projects and redevelopment of
contaminated properties for private and public sector clients.
Ms. Dodge specializes in the design and implementation of innovative
investigative and remedial approaches for soil and groundwater
and strategic planning for cost-efficient regulatory compliance
with both state and federal regulations. Ms. Dodge has provided
expert technical consultation for resolution of technical issues
with the NJDEP as well as in support of litigation.
She provides consultation to clients to resolve environmental
issues associated with property transactions and development of
contaminated properties, including technical aspects of obtaining
environmental insurance coverage, negotiations for tax relief,
incorporation of remedial action into future development plans,
and reimbursement of cleanup costs through Redevelopment Agreements
under the Brownfield and Contaminated Site Remediation Act. Ms.
Dodge is the founder and President of Excel Environmental Resources,
Inc. located in North Brunswick, New Jersey.
